The number in the app for customer careline is not existing.
I can’t reach u people on the former number you are using neither the number you provided on the numba app.
What’s going on? I don’t like the fact that I’m getting drown over this issue.
Just today i nearly fight with my customer for over transfer issues, I want to call the customer careline to ask them about the transfer and while doing so I will put my phone on loud speaker so that the guy will hear it directly from you people mouth.
But what did I hear?” The number you are trying to call does not exist please check the number and try again”.
What sort of thing is this, I’m really tired of this complain o. Better work on that or you loose all your customers.
I’m waiting to get the correct number to get to you people.

Can’t login
Lost my phone and now I’m trying to login again but I can’t login, I’ve provided everything they’ve asked for (OTP, email, phone number) but I still can’t login, instead there was a “set new password “ prompt… I set new password but they still didn’t let me save the new password… pls fix this, I lost my phone and I have some funds in the account pls
